The Doppelganger is a twin plus trailer design often referred to as a twin finner. The design is directly influenced by the twin finners of the past and present including the MTF, Hoyte Twin Phynzer, and Mark Richards twins. Essentially, the Doppelganger is a mash up of these designs with a Campbell Brothers Bonzer. Take the front end of the twin finner along with it's fin placement and add the back end of a bonzer.

6 months in testing and adjustments to the design and I can tell you that this board is incredibly fun. If you surf mostly fishy designs and are looking for something new this is it. You will not find a board with a broader range of capabilities than this. Hence the name, the Doppelganger, because it will takes on multiple personalities. Super fast and loose wave magnet in average conditions, but will handle the juice and hold in the barrel like you wouldn't believe. It can also be surfed as a thruster when conditions get more critical.
